Where in houston tx can I buy franklin ice machine parts for a fim400

I don't know a lot about this machine but it could be that the water inlet value is not working correctly

Check the ice-full probe if bad replace this is what tells machine that the ice bin is full. the bin is not refrigerated just a storage bin.

you may want to add shader valves using saddle type that just compresses on and check charge if low then find and repair leak and recharge but be careful these type ice machines are very touchy on charge so go slow

it can not be fixed but good news is it can be replaced

sounds like you need to change compacitor on compressor or your compressor needs replaced i would change compacitor first and if not helping then change compressor even if you buy compacitor and it doesnt help you still need to have a new one for the new compressor

fit a universal pump from any refrigeration parts shop and you will need to set the flow rate

Cycle the drop door by pulling it open as if a load of ice just dropped

The water is running but know Ice is being produced after 1 hour running.
