I can't Syncronize my Vista laptop to open LG Mobile sync

Currently your LG KE970 Shine Locked to which Country's Network? You need to Unlock it using the Network Unlock code,get the Unlock code from here

2. Double click the exe file to run it.
3. Follow the instructions given to you.

my friend had the same problem.its works on xp and i didnt need to download the software either.sorry i cant be more helpful.

you dont need the installation disc to put pics n music onto your phone.i just solved this myself go into menu-settings-connectivity-USB connection-change to mass storage and thats it.then connect usb cable.any more probs let know.

change the data service to mass storage so go on connectivity,usb connection,click on mass storage

I went through the same trouble. After a small investigation I've found that the USB driver wasn't install. I just ran the setup and it worked imediatly C:\Program Files\LGE GSM PC Sync\USB Setup\LGUSBModemDriver_ML_WHQL_Ver_4.6.exe

lg k500e is not compatible with vista as most things at the moment unfortunatly

my phone did came with neither a usb cord nor a cd. are they not suppose to provide these? somehow i feel like ive been ripped off.
