The only other thing it could be is that there is no water coming out of wall. to the ref.
Unless you have an electronic card thats burned.

Go here to look up your fridge and card with your model no. on their diagram

Mss25c4mgz00 no water in icemaker

If your MSS25C4MGZ00 Maytag refrigerator's icemaker is not getting water, here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
  1. Check the water supply: Make sure that the water supply valve to the refrigerator is fully open and not restricted. Also, check that the water supply line is not kinked or frozen.
  2. Check the water filter: A clogged water filter can restrict the flow of water to the ice maker. Replace the water filter with a new one and check if the icemaker starts working.
  3. Check the water inlet valve: The water inlet valve controls the flow of water to the ice maker. If the valve is defective, it may not open to allow water to flow to the ice maker. You can check the valve for continuity with a multimeter, if there is no continuity the valve needs to be replaced.
  4. Check the icemaker control module: The icemaker control module controls the operation of the ice maker. If the module is defective, the icemaker will not function. Check the continuity of the module with a multimeter, if there is no continuity the module needs to be replaced.
  5. Check the water pressure: Ensure that the water pressure to the refrigerator is between 20-120 psi. If the water pressure is too low, the water valve may not open to allow water to flow to the ice maker.
If you are not comfortable working on your own, it is recommended to contact a qualified technician to diagnose and fix the problem. It is important to note that troubleshooting and repairing a refrigerator can be dangerous, so it's important to follow safety precautions and make sure you are familiar with the appliance before attempting to fix it yourself.

How to know the water pressure is wright for Samsung ice maker imc701

Used machine? If new seller needs to help. If under warranty check the MFG customer service number.
If used this may be the reason it was sold. If Used there is a possibility the water filter needs to be replaced. Yes they'[re expensive, but they can interfere with the process. Does the Cold water device work? Is there plenty of flow? If so it's not filter or pressure. If it barely comes out, then it's probably filter and may be the ice maker issue.

Ge smartwater plus

The problem would not be from your water filter. The water is controlled by the dual water valve inteh back of the fridge. The water valve will most likely need to be replaced. It's possible that a small piece of debris found it's way to the ice maker water valve after disturbing the filter. It's also possible that the ice maker is at fault too, causing the valve to stay energized too long. Although if the valve stays energized too long it will eventually burn out. You can try unplugging the 2 wire plug to the ice maker valve to see if the problem stops first, if not than you will need to replace the water valve unit. Pleazer Appliance...

Change the=> 67006531 Water Inlet Valve I believe the side of your 67006531 Water Inlet Valve that controls water flow to the ice maker has weakened and cannot open properly. Replace the water valves and I believe the ice maker will work fine, Sea Breeze

Ice maker will not shut off when ben is full

I don't know what model GE you have some have electronic ice makers and they will do strange things. But the water control valve on the rear of your refrigerator is told to open for about 7.5 seconds on most. There are two sides to the valve one for ice maker and the other for the water dispenser and the other for ice maker. If when off the water still comes to ice maker then the valve has a possible bad seat to stop the water flow. About the only thing you could do is replace the complete valve. that comes as a set. A water filter befroe valve is a good idea too because it make the water and ice better and prevents particles from damaging the seal inside the dual water control valve. Hop that help answer your question, Thanks, Sea Breeze

We have a side by side refigerator and it stopped making ice. I thought it may have been a dirty filter because I unscrewed it and there was ice surrounding the filter so I replaced it today. I am getting...

If the ice maker switch is in the on position then It sounds like the electric solenoid valve that controls the water flow to the ice maker has failed. Have it replaced and that should fix it. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Icemaker in side by side fridge not making ice

Most likely the ice maker itself needs to be replaced.  Take of the cover of the ice maker and there are test points on it.  L is line voltage and should have power.  V is valve and should also have power.  Unplug the ice maker and jumper the two middle wires togather fro a second.  If water comes out then it is definately the ice maker.  If not either the valve is shot not letting water in, or the filter is clogged not allowing enough water in.  The ice maker does not have a level sensor to tell when it is full it just opens the valve for a give amount of time.  Usually 5 seconds.  Also check the where the water comes into the ice maker.  Sometimes ice builds up there stopping water flow.

Leaking water in icemaker. water from icemaker leaks into freezer and freezes on freezer wall

If you are sure that it's coming from the ice maker I believe that you possibly have a leaking water control valve on the side for the ice maker on the rear of refrigerator near floor there is a dual water valve control. Many times when this happens the water will freeze in the fill tube that fills the ice maker in the rear of freezer. You can defrost the frozen water in the fill tube with a hair dryer but that will not stop the problem from coming back. When that happens water tends to at times go everywhere but the ice maker. You can test the water control valve several ways. By unplugging the side to the ice maker and if water continues to flow slowly to the ice maker then the dual water control valve will need replaced, Sea Breeze

Brand new ice maker, water fill to tray will not shut off

The new ice maker should tell the dual water valve on rear of refrigerator to turn on if the tray makes a complete cycle. So the new ice maker is defective or the water valve on back is stuck open that leads up to the ice maker. Unplug the wires to the water control valve on back of the refrigerator and then turn the ice maker on. If the water continues to flow I recommend replacing the water valve. If the water stops coming to the ice maker I recommend returning the new ice maker. You only need to unplug the side of the water control valve leading to the ice make. I also recommend a pre-filter for the incoming water before the water control valve. Makes the water and ice better and keeps trash from damaging the water control valve. Let me know your results or if you need more assistance, Thanks, Sea Breeze
