If you mean to say that you HAVE audio but DO NOT have video. IF IT IS UNDER WARRANTY SEND IT IN!
This is a common problem with XBOX 360 and you can repair it by doing an xclamp replacement or by removing the xclamps, tighten all nuts on the heat-sync and applying new thermal paste etc., and replacing teh xclamps. Your choice and there are plenty of videos online to show you how.
FYI- use nylon washers on ther board and DO NOT use ceramic based thermal paste, use a "silver based" for high heat. Also, locking washers instead of the standard metal you'll see in most vids keep teh heat-sync from getting loose down the road. just make sure they are 1mm or 1/32 thick, and watch multiple videos before you choose one to follow. This helps to elimintate poster's "guess work"
