Hi! I have an old Hotpoint model RTW182RRW-1. I need to know when it was produced, but there is no information over the Internet. Does anyone know?

door light switch Need full model # for better idea .
but normal switch should be at bottom of door or at hing side of ref
some model have at top it may be broke off and thats why you don't see it send us a full model number we will find for you

I have the same (old) model : KE638JW-1 and type B40 (not 340)
Fuses are in the top and when you are in front, from your left to your right , this is the order :

30A 20A 20A 15A 30A 20A 20A

All fuses appears twice (may be one for each phase):

30 : OVEN
20 : LEFT (2) RING HEATER (may not be the right word)
20 : RIGHT (2) RING HEATER
15 : LIGHTS and 110V plug
30 : OVEN
20 : LEFT (2) RING HEATER
20 : RIGHT (2) RING HEATER

As you do not state the model number of dryer, it is virtually impossible to be of any help here, as there are literally hundreds of different models of Hotpoint dryers produced over the years.
I suggest you go to the Hotpoint web site and see if they can help.

call hotpoint and get cover for a fiver a month. I do cause mine breaks down regularly - only 2 years old and had engineer out for this prob amongst many others
