The display (front and back) is blank with a faint grey glow. The phone still functions otherwise. Pulled the battery with no luck. Any suggestions?
You need to reinstall the mobile software as its corrupted ,you get it done by the phone company if its still under warranty ,or give lcal mobile repair center and get it fixed........

The external display is bad but the internal display is working fine
I have a similar problem. The internal screen working fine, but the external does not show anything at all. The "faded greyish" screen as described above. The touch keys work fine, but you can't see anything. Any reason for this ?
