It's not reading Only T-Mobile Sim card ?It's not reading other sim card also Expect Only One Sim card?
If it reads only Sim card and not reading Other Sim card like for Example T-Mobile,AT&T,Orange etc means it locked to Network ,you have to Unlock it To use any GSM Network Sim card,What is Mobile Phone Brand and Model?Find the Network ,Country it locked now? then first please You can find it locked To GSM Network or CDMA? Network CDMA Network means You cannot Unlock t to use any gsm Network Sim,Gsm Network Lock means You can Unlock it to use other Network Sim card...You can Unlock it using the Unlock code,You can get the Unlock code and instructions at here
Unlocking4u.com and Unlock it from Network Lock, then you can use with T-Mobile Network surely.

Hi,
The only way to unlock your phone is to go to :
www.unlockexpert.com
Select your model on that site and they might charge you for unlocking, anything under $40.
OR contact your service provider to get it unlocked.

I actually work for a cell phone company as a tech....all you have to do is have your ATT phone unlocked! You will need to contact ATT on another phone (not the phone you're trying to unlock!) and let them know that you need an unlock code for your ATT device...they should be able to give you the unlock and instructions to unlock your device...if anything just the unlock code (if you have had previous service or service with ATT)...if they can't give it too you right away on the phone they will have to send off your information to the manufacture and will get you the unlock code within 3-5 buisness days. (if you have had previous service or service with ATT)...I can't stress enough that you must have an account or use to have an account with ATT...they don't do if for free because all carriers are charged everytime they request unlock codes. If they can't get it for you. You can get it unlocked by a 3rd party vendor that will charge a small fee to unlock your device, but make sure your sim card works in it before you leave the vendor to make sure they are legit and actually unlocked it for you! Good luck.

yes you can, you just need to call T-Mobile to get the unlock code for you to use a different Sim card or service for your phone.
