I have a sony kf-42we610 tv. i was watching it and i heard a pop in the back of the tv then i had no pic or sound. i shut it off when i turned it back on it make this crackling sound but no pic and sound again . the led light in the front just continualy blinks green. Any help would be great ?

Take the front cover off of the tv. There are 2 knobs on the back of the tv (one on each side) that you have to unscrew and then you can pop the front panel off. Now you can take the lamp out using a metric allen wrench on 2 bolts. When the lamp is broken it's generally shattered or atleast the long middle section is detached from the lamp. Hope this helps
