If it says so ..it does not mean you do not have it ..but probably it is just not enabled or uninstalled ..so my advice is to use the disk for drivers and install the TV tuner again and than try again .If you do not have the drivers get them from the support site ..I know for sure the TV tuner driver is present there..

I am not sure what Freeview is, but Windows Media Center has a TV program built into it. Turn on Windows Media Center, go to the options section, and run the TV setup. Once you have TV working, just watch it in WMC.
If you don't want to do that, from the phrasing of your question, this should still solve the problem with freeview.

Directv provide free software so that you can stream live TV over your home network from your Directv Receiver to your computer. I think given the particular model of All-In-One you are using, this is perhaps the simplest and best option for you.
