Parts are not exactly easy to find for this brand---I would Google the model number with parts to see what is available and at what cost---look for the main board
TV display inverted colors, like a negative photograph because defective panel. Mostly from T-con board. Replace T-con board.

Try going to printer settings either via 'file' 'print' or 'start' 'control panel' 'printers' some printers have settings colour - text - photo - gray scale - chrome - negative etc Click on the one you need & 'save' Alternatively, if the print has some colour but lacks others you may be out of ink/toner of the missing colour[s]
When you are on the print window at the end of the process, look for a "Preferences" or "Options", then look for tabs or other menus that say "Color" or some sort of "output" mode and see if there is a negative option you can disable.
The pictures are indeed negative.
When scanning negatives or transparencies make sure you have the scanner set to the appropriate setting, otherwise simply Invert the colors in Photoshop, or similar photo editing software.
