No Fuse However this model is known for having the switch go bad. You can check it with a meter or Continunity tester with the unit unplugged

Hope this answers all your questions

Campbell Hausfeld 13 gal air copressor, when I trun it on it won't build up max pressure and won't shut-off One of the gauges reads 40 PSI the other reads 60 PSI.

Your problem is most likely because of damage to the valve plate or piston & cylinder. If one or both of these are not working properly you'll get partial pressure and the unit won't turn off because the tank never comes up to full pressure. Things to check for are damage to the reeds on the valve plate, they could be bent from overheating or broken from use or wear or damage to the piston seal which can cause damage to the cylinder. If any of these aren't sealing properly the air pressure will come up to a point where the air leaks out faster than it goes into the tank. Without your particular model number I don't know which parts to recommend but if you contact Campbell Hausfeld they'll help you get the right parts.

I have a 5hp 16gal. 135 max psi. The compressor builds up to about 50 psi. But no more. The compressor continuously runs never shutting off. I can hear no leaks. Also the on/off switch runs in the off...

take the power surply cover off and look down the side on the butten at the contacts, id say it isnot the pressur switch itself, and make sure all bolts are tight and check the reeds

Wanting to adjust my cut off pressure down...its at 135 now but have in line tank, campbell switch 60 gallon

If I read your problem you would like to decrease your pressure setting on a campbell hausfield compressor, this usually can be done by turning the 3/8" nut (typical) counter clockwise which decreases the spring tension on the pressure plate allowing less pressure to break the points. Hope This Helps Don

I hsve a Husky 1 gallon tank 10 max psi mod # FP 202900. I was using it the otherday when it all at once started making a little noise then quit. I have unplugged it hoping it would reset, but no such...

There should be a reset button on the motor. Try that first. Otherwise, it is a bad pressure switch or internal motor problem. If resetting the motor allows the unit to start, but it just hums, shut it off right away, bleed off all pressure and try again. Let us know what happens.

Unit turns on, builds prssure to about 45 psi, and won't go any higher. Continues to run. regulator is set for max line pressure.

Compressor has a bad valve. Needs to be replaced. The owners manual should have a break down of the compressor. Order the head kit.

No air pressure past 60PSI on a 125PSI Campbell Hausfield WL61110

Your comperssor is oilless type and suffers from short cylinder / piston life. When the compressor no longer reaches cycle pressure the cylinder / piston should be replaced. These parts are available at www.chpower.com I believe that the part number is wl210300aj. Not expensive, enjoy.
