SOURCE: how to get back off to put belt on samsung b1445s washing machine

See if the motor has adjustment , ie a slotted fixing hole, slacken the fixing bolts slightly and motor may move up and down to give adjustment, put the belt on and then put some tension on the belt once fitted by moving the motor down and tightening the motor bolts at the same time.
Or if no adjustment put the belt on the motor spindle first and then the drum by turning the drum as the belt is eased onto it.

SOURCE: How to replace the belt on a Samsung J845 frnt loader washing machine

If you stand in FRONT of the washer, leaning over the top, the drive wheel is underneath the main drive motor, on the RIGHT hand side.  Loop the belt over the drive motor wheel, then over the main pully, and it should be good to go!

SOURCE: Replacing belt on washing machine

Hi!

Welcome to Fixya,

in replacing a belt please follow this step:

  • turn off and unplug your washer.
  • hook the belt first in drive motor pulley. ( a slot where your belt take place on top of the motor and sure that the belt is in place firmly to the slot of the pulley.)
  • start to hook the other end/loop of the belt to the tub pulley in one side of the pulley (it is more efficient in starting to hook the belt from inside to outside rotation.)
  • and hold the belt and rotate inside the pulley of the tub slowly
  • dont let the belt slip outside the slot of the pulley hold it firmly with your hands
  • hold the belt, clip to the slot of the pulley
  • but don't hold the belt alone or don't hold the belt in between of the pulley.
  • hold the belt inside the slot of the pulley in the tub pulley and rotate slowly. until it fix to the slot of the tub pulley.

If you need further assistance let me know. Please take a moment to accept and rate my solution accordingly.

Thanks,
aclamonte

My washer had stopped spinning about two weeks ago, we replaced thecoupler and it worked fine but today it stopped spinning again

1
Unplug the washing machine, and turn off the water supply to the machine. If necessary, remove the water hoses from the back of the washing machine because they may be in the way of the access panel.
2
Check that the agitator is seated correctly by opening the lid of the washing machine. If it's loose, pop off the top of the agitator--if there is one--and tighten the bolt that holds the agitator in place. Or, in some models, simply pull straight up and then reseat the agitator.
3
Remove the access panel located in the back of the washing machine by unscrewing the screws holding it in place. This allows access to the drive motor.
4
Press on the drive belt that works the agitator. If the belt moves more than 3/4 inch, tighten the belt to fix the spinner problem. If the belt is worn or cracked, replace the belt.
5
Replace the drive motor, if tightening or replacing the drive belt doesn't fix the agitator. Purchase a new drive motor at a wholesale retailer. Disconnect wiring, remove screws holding motor in place and insert new motor. Screw into place, and connect wiring.
6
Check for any black substance leaking under the washing machine. This might indicate a clutch problem, if the washing machine spinner is not working. Contact a professional repairman to replace the clutch.

Indeset w101 washing machine programer, we set the

Depending on the model you may have a reset point on the selector switch dial.
This is usually indicated by 2 or 3 black dots on the dial.
If it has , then switch the m/c off, set the dial to one of these points, switch on and wait until light fashes, switch off, and reselect your programme.
It should now work normally.
If it does not, then there is probably a control board fault.
If there is no reset point, then again it is likely to be a control board fault.

Thankyou.
