These instructions are from the model 25R-S100 but should work for you.
1)Press MENU to access MAIN MENU screen.

2)Press CH UP (8) or DOWN (9) to move the selection to “PARENT CONTROL”.

3)Press VOL (+) or (–) to access PARENT CONTROL mode, then “PARENT CONTROL V-CHIP BLOCK” is displayed.

4)Press and hold both VOL (+) and CH DOWN (9) on the TV set simultaneously until the message “INPUT SECRET No.” disappears.

first check all RGB drive if have a normal voltage and sync signal if normal maybe the picture tube have damage ,try to replace the new one. gud luck

try to buy a new remote control or if not available to market try to use the universal remote control you can buy in electronic supply .before you buy check first the model if covered if not try to contact the products manufacturer.

its very easy on the t.v and press on channel up or down on your tv. u will get the screen

iv'e run into this before, you have closed caption text 1,2,3 or 4 on. this is different than the normal "cc" cation. just go into your menu & turn off closed caption.
