After the water cycle is done, the washer starts washing but water leaks from the lint rack at the bottom of the washer. It seems more like it is emptying from there. Another problem is that in the tray that we put the softener, water stays in there. In the manuel they say that we can pull it out but in our washer we can't do it.N.B.: I have change the water pump but it did not solved it.Thank you,Jean Emard

SOURCE: fabric softener won't empty

as you have said you have cleaned out all of the soap drawer a good place to start is assume the problem could be the water supply solenoid, the water not getting through, remove power plug, the lid, and test the solenoid for open circuit, and replace if needed, if this has helped please rate me

SOURCE: Fabric Softener remains after load done

You should make sure that your inlet to the machine flows with rather good pressure. I tell u this for your soft tray requires water, also your rinse.

SOURCE: Whirlpool Frontloader - the bit

you can remove the top cover of the washer( 3 screws alongside the top rear of unit) and top will slide back and off, the dispensor is right there with sort of a tear drop shaped cam and lever.Make sure thats in tact. start the washer , and youll see it cycle foward and back if broken youll need to replace the part, dont think the line is blocked (if it was youd get fabric softener overflowing out front), im thinkin the water never gets to that area of dispensor. id start with the lever system

SOURCE: Fabric Softener tray blocked

You need to remove compartment from the m/c, and thoroughly clean every part, particularly the conditioer compartment and the piece inside it.

SOURCE: Bosch Washing Machine Softener Tray not emptying

You need to replace the cold water inlet valve. If the machine is older than one year it may be clogged on the side that moderates the cold water to the bleach and softener compartment. Replacing the valve fixed the problem. During the cycle when the softener dispenser fills it should fill quickly and no or little water should be seen in the soap dispenser area. If a lot of water goes into the soap dispense and little into the softener area the valve is clogged.

Kenmore model #16761691 leaking at the bottom of the door. Where is the gasket located? Or is it another problem?

does it leak all the time or did it just start?try running it with nothing in it and see if it leaks,if the dishes were racked wrong the water can get deflected and leak out through the door, also, remove the bottom rack, look at the screws going around the bottom part under the wash arm,if any of those are loose it causes a wave in the dish washer and the water leaks from under the door.if it's leaking from one of the corners the gasket could be bad

Whirlpool Washer Model No. LXR-1564039, Serial No. CM-1564039, Type 107, Year 2006. Went using the extra large setting the washer leaks water from the bottom, however went filling for the rinse...

Although its difficult to say the problem may not be caused by the amount of water but the water temperature.
Most often rinse tempertaure is cold only, however the wash might be warm /hot. A great place to start would be when the machine is filling in wash watch the connectons from the taps to the machine for any leaks in the hoses or connections.

Hope it helps.

Washer not cleaning clothes

The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.
On some models the filter is located ‘inside’ the big hose from the bottom of the tub. This takes more time to clean.

Next run your washer with 2 cups of bleach, hot water. After it starts agitating stop the washer & let it remain for 2 hours. Then continue the wash.
Try using powders for 'front loaders'

Kenmore Heavy Duty Washer Leaking from bottom

Probably the drain pump seal has gone bad.
Check it for leaks.
If your floor is good and level look for water near the front center of the machine.
