My Sump Pump is running and wont stop. It usually go for like 30 seconds a few times per day, but it wont stop. I unplugged it and waited 30 secs, plugged it back in and it's still going.

It means that the video will last 10 seconds. 30 frames/sec is the quality of the video. It is the number of individual pictures take per second. Example: 10 frames/sec produces a jerky video but is sometimes used for security monitoring. On some cameras you can reduce the frames/sec to get a longer running time.
make sure its on correctly... some filters only flow one way. check to make sure you didnt inadvertantly disconect the fuel pump or pressure regulator. (you should be able to hear the fuel pump hum for a few seconds when you turn the ignition switch to on)
I would think it's a problem with (CCRM) constant control relay module . This module has relay's inside that control the fuel pump , cooling fans , A/C compressor clutch , PCM - engine computer power relay . And thier are electronics involved , solid state circuity . And you think this is a problem with your router? That has nothing to do with your router if you can still surf the web just fine. Try restarting your router by unplugging it waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in and waiting another 30 seconds. This solves problems with a router 9/10 time.
I think you have a faling fuel pump or a bad pressure regulator allowing fuel pressure to bleed down when the engine is off.
Try this test - When you start the car for the first time of the day, turn the key to "ON", wait a few seconds, turn the key off. Wait about 15 seconds, turn the key to "ON" again, wait a few seconds. Then wait one final time for 1 seconds and try starting the car. If it starts right away, that means fule pressure is bleeding of due to a bad check vavle int he fuel pump, a bad fuel pump or a bad pressure regulator.
The reason for the procedure is because when you turn the key to "ON", the fuel pump runs for 2 seconds and then shuts off if the engine is not running. The 15 seconds wait is for the power and fuel pump relay to cycle off before it will run the pump again.
Let us know how the test comes out. The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and hums when it is running.
I assume you bled off fuel pressure before you installed the injectors. Try this to pressurize the fuel system. Turn the key to "on" position and wait 5 seconds. AT same time, listen carefully for a buzz sound that means the fuel pump is running to pressurize the system. It will shut off after 5 seconds. Then, turn off the key and wait 30 seconds for the computer power relay to shut off. Then, turn the key to "on" again. Thsi will run the fuel pump for another 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times. Fuel system should be pressurized now.
If it doesn't start now, you may have done something while you were changing the injector. good luck
