Venturer PVS7287 Twin Mobile DVD Player 8" LDC Screens - I was getting a blue screen with the DVD not loading. I could see the ribbon cable was just slightly off from the side of the optic eye board. I gently pushed it back on with the tip of a screwdriver. I didn't have to take the player apart, as you you can see the optic eye and the cable that attaches to it when the door is open and the DVD removed. Be careful with the ribbon cable, it is very thin.

Could you send me the manual for the Venturer Pvs177w. Someone gave my granddaughter one, but it has no plugs or how to info. Thank you

the batteri on this portable dvd player only tends to las just a little so get a car charger for it to constaqtly have it connected

The only "kill switch" I am aware of is the switch on the DVD compartment door. I don't have your exact model but, on my model, this switch is activated when the door covering the DVD is closed and deactivated when this door is opened (kills the DVD spin and reading laser). Look for a small square hole in the DVD player deck and a corresponding raised piece of plastic on the DVD door.

CHANGE THE CONNETING CABLE

the red, yellow,white cables connect them to both of the dvd players.One of them the little switch on the side put one on dvd and the other one on av in. then put a dvd in one and play it. (make sure both are on)
