Try to format your memory card... that is the result of not safly removng ur phone from ur pc.. it usualy afects the memory card...
format the card using ur phone..ok...

have tried to reinstall the pc suite and try again. if you have you be best taking it to the repair centre and getting it software updated with their s/w.

Hi,

Follow the steps mentioned below to take a backup:

1. Download latest version of xs++ software on your pc and install it.

2.Switch off the phone and remove the battery and reinsert it once again.

3. Click on connect and then Connect the USB cable to your PC while holding down the "C" button.

4. In configuration tab choose GDFS tab.

5. Click Backup GDFS.

If you still have a problem then GDFS is damaged so your phone will not work properly.
