Panasonic has the manual for the DMC-TZ7 at their Europe site: http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Products/DMC-TZ7/Manuals/2032736/index.html;jsessionid=0a6d28ef30d8de8ace2f91164338aaff8af682a68528.e34NaN4Rb3aPbO0Lc3aNc38SbhmQe6fznA5Pp7ftolbGmkTy?trackInfo=true . The manual links from this site ask you to agree to the Panasonic Terms of Use. The direct link to the 5 MB English version is http://tda.panasonic-europe-service.com/docs/2z4e41c7f8z3z29c90z656ez706466z20z08e0116230d5b62f91db59529a71a312c6e721c4/tsn2/data/ALL/DMCTZ7/OI/811617/vqt1z93.pdf .
The direct link to the DMC-ZS3 manual from the US is http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/DMCZS1.PDF .
I hope this helps.

Hi- I don't want to download the manual because that's too bulky when I print it. I'd like a standard manual like you'd get with a camera -- small.
You're looking for a quick quide then. Panasonic doesn't seem to list one for the camera on their site (not even in the list of items that come with the camera when new). You could try E-bay but I don't know of any sales of a quick guide for this camera. Most E-bay sales of the camera don't include the documentation at all. The user manual comes on the CD in the original package and Panasonic has it on their web site.
For portability, I'd suggest printing out select pages of the manual. (If there are certain types of pictures that you take, print the relevant pages - like taking closeups on pages 45 and 46 of the PDF). Otherwise copy the PDF to a flash drive or convert it into a format for a e-reader, tablet or smart phone.
