You should have a Leslies pool store close. Check your phone book. Granada hills or Northridge come to mind but I live in Phoenix now and they could have moved. It also depends where you are in the Valley.

The plastic hose only last about two years. I think the chemicals eat away at the plastic. They will get a hair line crack down in the valley of the hose and **** air. Replace the hose.

This happens to me sometimes too, but randomly. I have found if I change it in properties to High quality printing that this disappears. Issue then is that more ink is used...check if you have it on fast print, or custom in the properties menu and try changing it....doesn't work all of the time, but has been helpful
