Th problem is lcd

No display on laptop's internal monitor, and there is no blinking cursor?
Start with seeing if it is a display problem.

Connect a VGA monitor to the laptop. If the display does not show on the external VGA monitor, the problem is the graphics chipset.

You did not state the model number of the Fujitsu laptop, therefore all I can give is generic basic information.

1) Laptop OFF, monitor OFF, connect a VGA monitor to the laptop.
This is an example of a VGA Cable, and a VGA connector,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector

The VGA connector (Port) on your laptop is either on the side, or back of the laptop. May be marked on laptop as RGB.

You can use a CRT type of VGA monitor, (Looks like a small TV), or a flat LCD screen monitor that has a VGA cable.

2) Turn the monitor on. If a CRT type allow it to warm up.
Turn the laptop on.

By default the display should show on the external VGA monitor.
If not there are at least 3 display options;

1) Internal monitor of laptop ONLY
2) Internal monitor of laptop AND external VGA monitor
3) External VGA monitor ONLY

Press the Fn key down, and at the same time tap once on the Display Toggle-Over key.

The Display Toggle-Over key is one of the F keys at the top of your keyboard. F1 through F12.
It will have a monitor symbol on it.
(For example most HP laptops use the F4 key )

No display on external VGA monitor? Hold the Fn key down again, and tap once more on the Display Toggle-Over key.

If no display shows on the external VGA monitor you have a bad graphics chipset. Motherboard replacement.

If a display does show on the external VGA monitor, you have a problem with the Video Cable, and/or in the Display Assembly.

Post back with the results, after using an external VGA monitor, in a Comment.

My laptop is on and plugged to the monitor, but the monitor says no signal

You have to switch your laptop to a different display mode. Usually it's done by pressing Fn key and F8 - look for a description near this key showing rectangle / rounded rectangle, or text "CRT / LCD".
Usually there are 3 modes:
LCD (internal laptop display) only
LCD + CRT - the picture shows on both displays
CRT - the picture shows only on the external display, allowing you to set a different screen resolution, equivalent to the external monitor's optimum resolution.

Sometimes there are keys are your laptop that adjust your settings.
If you know which keys you can hit the fn key simultaneously.
If your not sure go on line and you should be able to find a site that will tell you how to adjust your screen.
In search type your laptop model then type display settings
