Need codes for my remote

You can use the universal remote and use the code to match your television with the remote control.

Universal remotes with an Input or Source button may work but you will need to search through the codes to find one that matches the feature. The ones that are programmed via a computer (USB) will certainly work. (The codes in a universal remote are often limited to those devices released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed.)

You need to change the dip switches to different codes. Most likely it's a 1-4 small switches. Factory default is usually all on. Just change each fan to different positions and make sure you do the same with the matching remotes. The remotes must match the corresponding fans.

I purchased this same DVD player (DRC282) and none of my universal remotes worked for it. Since I was lucky enough to buy one without a remote, I ended up purchasing an RCA universal remote (RCR3273). Once again, none of the codes worked so I had to unplug the unit for 5 minutes, then plug it back in and hold the Standby button for 15 seconds to return it to it's factory settings. I manually searched through 71 codes before I found a match but the play, pause, rewind and many other functions failed. I tried again skipping over 71 and found the right code at 115 tries. That one had all the functionality I needed. You should try the same strategy with your Comcast universal remote. Skip the first match and keep going until you hit the second manual match.
