During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key
to enter setup
Press and hold that key during the boot
up process to enter BIOS
scroll to
load failsafe
defaults or load optimized defaults
,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart this will reset your cmos after you make any changes
in BIOS press Esc then press the F10 button save to cmos to restart
cmos is located in
BIOS or
you will need to remove the cmos battery for 15-30 mns this will reset your cmos
im not sure where its located on this motherboard or whether its soldered in
