Here is a link to where you may be able to find the part(s) you need. Have your Model Number handy, when searching for the right window adapter or hose end.

My everstar blows hot air out the back and cold air in front i want all cold air

this style unit needs an exhaust hose attached to the rearand be placed out the window to exhaust the heat that is removed from the air in the room, you will also have to empty the condensate drain bucket when it gets full.

I have an Everstar VC 356 vacuum and I need a replacement part. Where can I go to find replacement parts for this unit? Thank you! Katheryn Myers

I also have a VC 356 vacuum by Everstar. I've been happy with the performance of this little machine but the wand/pipe that conects the hose to the floor attachments is broken. I cannont seem to find the parts or a manufacturers website. I have little choice except to duct tape the wand where the two pieces fit together. The adjusting lock has broken and appears to be of poor design and materials.

Portable ac blows warm air even after i cleaned filter

Make sure that the coils are all clean, Vacume cleaner with the brush attachment on the end works well.
Sounds like your fan is only working and not the Compresser that makes the unit an "air conditioner" and not a gloryfied fan.

Check and make sure that the butten is on Cold and that the small water drawer is in correctly so the shut off switch is making good contacts. Important Make sure that it is getting enough electricity at the wall plug, Because when the ac compresser 1st turns on it uses 3-5 times the power for the intial startup, not enough juice means no AC.
The fan only uses a little to blow but AC needs alot to start.
Unit should sound diffrent when AC compreser turns on compared to fan only on mode.

I have a portable air conditioner and the water condensation tank fills in about 4 hours of constant use. Is there any kind of portable water tank that I could attach to my unit that would allow me to...

I would suggest putting a condensate pump in the reservoir, find the tube that empties the water into the reservoir and direct that into the pump. You can run tubing from the pump to a sink or any other drain in the house that is convenient. Putting the pump inside the reservoir is a safe guard in case the pump fails, the water will fill and turn the unit off instead of flooding the floor. It would actually probably trip your breaker once the water hit the voltage on the pump but always better safe then sorry. Check out these pumps at amazon, you don't need anything fancy.

Don't know how much water to use

Do not put any water in the unit, the water that is in the unit drawer or bucket that is attached to the hose is a byproduct of the air conditioning process.

It transfers heat to cold and in the process produces condensation = Water.
