Hi Mirran
Zivio and thanks for trying to help.
Below is what I sent and you sent.
the problem is that the Incanto I have has only one screw in the grinder and when you take theat off I can not get to the grinder parts to clean them. I have tried vacuuming the grinder area out and then put it all back.. It worked allright for a little bit and now is a problem again. I can send you photos of the machine and how far I got but how do I send this to you so you can see ?
thanks
Zlatko
Hi
My incanto classic is 2 years old. The add bean light comes
on when I try and make a coffee. The grinder goes on but no coffee
comes out and some ground coffee goes into the dreg drawer. I found in
the past if I moved the beans around while the grinding started it did
help a little and a coffee was made. Now I do this about 6 times and no
good. Help please Mirran
Hi,
First, make sure you not get any damp into your grinder.
If you get damp into the grinder then it will not grind the beans.
To check the grinder you have to loosen the three screws in the beanhopper and lift it up.
The jagged plastic in the machine you will see when the beanhopper is off, turn it anticlockwise to you can see
the
claque is free, then you can take out the jagged plastic and you will
see the grinding wheel, make sure the wheel and the jagged plastic is
clean.
Before you mount all again, use a vacuum cleaner to clean it.
Put back the jagged plastic again and turn it clockwise to it stop, then you turn it anti clockwise 14"click".
Set the number to 8 on the beanhopper and mount it again.
Hope this will help you.
Best regards

I had the same problem and after contacting Saeco Canada service and giving them my model number ( SUP 021YNR) they told me that this is not the more recent model and that they have had some problems with that model.
As in the more recent model, there is no microswitch to detect the beans and that it is made by mesuring the current of the grinder motor.
They suggest to change the value of resistor R102 from 2.7 ohms to 4.7 ohms. I have done this modification and it does work very well now
Hi Zlatko,
Ok, i get wrong answer to you. I did a mistake with the model:-(
Yes, you have only one screw in the beanhopper, and to get this cleand you have to take off the top.
This grinder you have to turn anticlockwise to the claque is free you can take it out and clean.
When you put it back you have to turn it so the red mark is together.
If you make a cup of coffe and it grind but not take in water then you have to mount a resistance on the power board.
What serial number do you have on the machine?
