After reading several solutions here, I combined them and got a SUCCESS! "slapping your Keurig around" really does work. I would only do this with an out-of-warranty machine, as an act of desperation. And only after de-scaling thoroughly.
1. **** the needles out, top and bottom using an unwound paper clip. They get coffee grounds in them. Be careful, they're really sharp! There are three slots in the upper one, and one slot in the lower one. (the online manual tells you how to do this and there are posts here, too). Do a trial run. If you have no success, go on to the next step.
2. If you have hot water backflowing into the fresh water reservoir, you probably have an air bubble in the tubes. The solution to this, weirdly enough, is to "slap the machine around" to dislodge the air bubble. I raised the 1/4 full fresh water reservoir an inch or two and slammed it back into place. (Guys, be reasonable about your slamming, no gorilla stuff!). Test the system
If that doesn't work, pick up the whole coffee maker about an inch off the counter and drop it straight down. This does splash hot water around sometimes so be careful.
If that doesn't work, put your hands on the sides of the coffee maker and shake or rock it from side to side, or back and forth. Be reasonably rough, remember, you are trying to get an air bubble to rise up a tube.
I found that by the time I had done all this, I got a normal flow. I believe this is caused by removing the reservoir to fill it when the machine is running. If you have to fill it when the machine is brewing, use a pitcher or a big cup.

If the Keurig is pumping correctly, you should seeTHREE streams of water coming out of the kcup holder.

I have had my Kuerig coffee maker for over a year now which I believe means it's no longer under warranty. However, I paid quite a lot for it so I'd really like to see if I can have it repaired...

unfortunatly keurig treats any home model as throwaway once warrenty is up. They even do the same with mostcommercial models. By the sounds of your problems its time for a new one. sorry. try for a b145 or b150 they are a little more robust.

Display reads descale, what can i do to fix this

Descaling the Brewer Mineral content in water varies from place to place. Depending on the mineral content of the water in your area, calcium deposits or scale may build up in your Brewer. Scale is non-toxic, but left unattended, it can hinder the Brewer's performance. Descaling your Brewer helps maintain the heating element and other internal parts of the Brewer that come in contact with water.
NOTE: Do not use water that has been treated by a 'water softener'. The increase in sodium levels in the water can cause scaling in the brewer and hinder its performance.
The Brewer should be descaled every 3-6 months to ensure optimal performance. It is possible for calcium deposits to build up faster, making it necessary to descale more often. This Brewer is equipped with sensors to detect when scale buildup is interfering with the performance of the Brewer. When this is detected, the LCD screen will indicate 'DESCALE'.
NOTE: The Brewer will continue to operate even when the LCD screen indicates 'DESCALE'.
However, if you do not descale the Brewer soon after it is displayed, continued scale buildup could damage the Brewer. If this occurs, 'DESCALE' will begin to flash, alerting you to the potential damage to the Brewer if you do not descale immediately. Promptly follow these steps each time the LCD screen indicates 'DESCALE' to ensure that the Brewer functions optimally.
1. 4459906401_be71bd1933_t.jpg Empty the Water Tank and refill it with vinegar, filling up to the MAX mark on the water tank viewing window. 2. 4459906749_2d2d8c9472_t.jpg Place a 12 oz. or larger ceramic cup (do not use a plastic cup) on the Drip Tray. The Drip Tray and Drip Tray Plate can be removed to accommodate taller mugs and travel mugs. 3. 4460685206_41a39b1eab_t.jpg Select the largest brew size (11.25 oz. serving) by pressing the button on the control panel. 4. 4460685734_41eef702a7_t.jpg Run a cleansing brew without a K-Cup®. Remember to raise and lower the Safety Locking Arm between each cycle so the control panel buttons illuminate. 6.
Let the Brewer stand for at least 4 hours while still on. 7. 4459906401_be71bd1933_t.jpg Rinse the Water Tank thoroughly and fill with fresh water. 8. 4459906749_2d2d8c9472_t.jpg Place a 12 oz. or larger ceramic cup (do not use a plastic cup) on the Drip Tray. 9. 4460685734_41eef702a7_t.jpg Run a cleansing brew without a K-Cup®. You may need to perform additional rinse cycles if you notice any residual taste.

Saeco Spidem Villa brews very slow

Hi
Yep.
Remove the brew unit. Holding the handle, the top left side is the brew head. There is an outlet pipe that exits the front side towards the door (looks like a long "L" pipe). 2screws hold it to the top. Remove the 2 screws while holding the manifold ("L" pipe assembly). Once they are removed, lift the l assembly off (be careful, there is an O-ring, spring and at the end a black rubber disk or crystal ball).
Now remove the brew screen, by holding the screen with your finger and twisting the thumbscrew (remember, thumbscrew), DON’T use the key to install the screen, use your fingers.
Once the screen is out look at where the screen was. There are 2 holes. A big one in the center and a small one to the side.
With the brew unit upside down over the towel, insert a paperclip into the small hole and force anything out the other side. I have gotten worms almost a 1" long from this passage. The paper clip has to go from this side to prevent damage to the seat on the other side.
Clean then reassemble. Brew unit on towel right side up. Drop the crystal ball in first. Then the spring small end first on the crystal ball.
Now the O-ring over the spring, then place the manifold on top of that with the pipe towards the machine. Insert your screws (I turn them backwards a little with a little downward pressure until they feel like they drop into the threads. They should turn down easily, if not back them up a little more ( we are trying to find the old threads) and tighten. Install screen, and tighten with your fingers. The screen just needs to be flush with the bottom of the brew head. That should do it.

Reads decalcify, brew unit missing- and wont make coffee!

Hi
Open you door on the right. Push on the upper left side of your brew unit and see if it will click. You have to push fairly hard towards the center of the machine. If it clicks the outlet pipe needs to be lubricated. The outlet pipe is the angled pipe on the top left side of the brew unit in the back. Lube the end of the pipe with food grade not food based lube.
