If the ink cartridges and printhead are already in the printer, remove them, then reinstall them.

Remove the color and black ink cartridges.
Remove the existing printhead by lifting the latch in the center of the carriage. ESP 3, 5, 7, 9, 3250, 5250, 5210,
ESP Office 6150, 7250, 9250;
HERO 7.1, 9.1, OFFICE HERO 6.1 ESP 1.2, 3.2, 3.2s, C110, C310, C315,
ESP Office 2150, 2170;

Close the printer access door.

Kodak ESP 5250/assembly/back of printer/roller assembly

Ok, here is what you do to replace the gray paper feed at the back of the ESP 5250:
Hold the part with the flat side up and the rollers should be facing you. Note that there are 2 pegs on the right side, one smaller than the other. Now look at the back of your printer, you may need a flashlight, and find 2 square holes, one smaller than the other on the right side of the printer. Guide the pegs on the part into the
holes on the printer (right side) .Then push the left side of the part into the left side. Note that the part does not snap in. What you do is push the part to the left as far as it will go to hold it in place.
You should now be able to print.

When i try to load software for kodak esp 5250 all in one printer i keep getting this "E:\setup\kapmaster.exe/cd/m.company name=eastman kodak company /code 1033 x=0 y=0 (code 101 707)

Try going to Kodak's website and download a more current and updated version of the software that is more compatible with your operating system. WWW.kodak.com
