I purchased at an auction, the above described answering machine. I would like to set up a new voice mail and am unable to do so. Could you please give suggestions? It is an old model, but seems to work alright as I can listen to the old message by pressing the ANNC button. There is on the machine a code button, clock, annc, change, delete, repeat/scan, stop, skip/scan and play button. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you D

Your question is not clear enough, You can check it out in the user manual. I just guess you are asking recording your personal annoucement.
Before using this answering system, you
should record the announcement (up to
one minute long) that callers will hear
when the system answers a call. If you
choose not to record an announcement,
the system answers with a prerecorded
announcement: “Hello. Please leave a
message after the tone.”
1 Press and hold "Annc/Skip". The system
beeps. Speak toward the microphone
normally, from about nine inches away.
While you are recording, the Message
Window displays —.
2 To stop recording, release "Annc/Skip".
The system automatically plays back
your announcement.
To review your announcement, press
and release "Annc/Skip".
