That means the temp is higher than the unit is able to detect. If it has been exposed to very high heat then it is damaged. It may still have a bad sensor.
I have the same problem and called a repair center to fix. They came out last Thursday and and ordered the parts (thermite and thermo fuse). Waiting for a call that they received and ready to repair.
Hii!!!! have you change the water pump?? ok some water pumps have the propeler in oposite direccion get one o just call to the dealer about this tipe of water pump.make sure when you call have ready the engine size. model year . and date factory made
