I had a desktop that used to do something similar, turned out to be a bad stick of RAM. check the memory and /or replace it with another and see how it goes.
On the motherboard it should have something printed like this, P4145GV r3.0, or P4145GV r5.0
Look to see which revision you have, so you can get the correct drivers.
I typed Asrock P4145GV in my browser search bar just now, and the first search hit, was a page that takes you directly to Asrock-Support-Downloads, P4145GV.
When you get on this page, go to the far right and click on Downloads, across from the revision of Asrock P4145GV motherboard, you have. I have been trying to post a link to this page, but cannot.
it is most likley that your monitor driver has malfunctioned try booting in safe mode by pressing F8 when loading and selecting safe mode then open up device manager. then unistall the monitor driver and restart. contact me if you need more help
