I too couldn't find it readily. I searched epsonexpert (for resellers) and found nothing.

Try this link and see if you can find an authorized Epson Service provider near you. If the't get they can't get the part, they will know where to direct you.

Look here: https://www.epsonexpert.com/login.htm You must register first. I didn't see your exact model. They do list a couple of TM-U300 models, but didn't see drivers, just documentation, and a utility. Are you attempting to use this on a standard desktop/laptop PC or a POS terminal? Perhaps these printers are specifically intended for the POS machines? check through the listing at epsonexpert, see if any of the others have drivers. Maybe they would work for yours.
