Problems with LG EnV 9200 shutting off randomly.

This may not be a problem directly related to your phone. I was seeing this and took my phone to Verizon, When issuing a replacement phone, they took the SD card out to put it in the new phone and it did it again. The problem was related to the memory card, Not the phone . Tech also said that the battery causes this as well, because the battery is not flush with the phone. Try removing memory card first if you are experiencing this problem. Especially, if it seems to relate to pics or music.
