There are many "processes" that run in order to provide services to the user and the application programs you install. Good day. Its the common problem for nokia N73, try to delete any files from your phone memory. Its one of the reason why your phone got hang-up, remember do not use your phone memory for saving large files, but instead always use the memory card, to avoid this problem. Or reformat the phone if necessary. thanks
