How to change multiple songs on iTunes to have the same heading.

Select what songs you want to change either by holding down the shift key, command key, or by going to the top of your computer and pushing edit, at that point you need to hold down control and click on you computer a small tap will pop up select get info from that screen you will be able to edit whatever category you like the push go or enter.

    how to delete all songs at once, it only delets one at a time?

    When its plugged into the computer, open "My Computer" and find your mp3 player in the list. Open it and navigate to the music folder. When you see the list of songs, left click on one you want to delete one time to highlite it. Then when you see more you want to delete just hold down the "Shift" key and you click on them. When all the ones you want deleted are highlited, push the delete key, not the backspace key. To delete all music, click on edit at the top of the windows and click "Select All". Then hit delete.

    Sound Problem with MAC OS X 10.4.11

    This sounds obvious, but the system volume could be down. Go to the System Preferences, and select "Sound". Make sure the output voumne is turned up, and the mute is not on.
    If that doesn't work you could try "zapping the pram".
    1. Shut down the computer.
    2. Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
    3. Turn on the computer.
    4. Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
    5. Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound again. Continue this until you hear the startup sound four times.
    6. Release the keys.

    Enter
    The computer brings the cursor to the beginning of the next line. This key can also be pressed
    to open a program after you have HILIGHTED* it. It will execute a command.
    Shift ▲ Hold the shift key down and press the letter key you want to make a CAPITAL letter.
    This key is also used to type the charters at the
    top of some keys. Eg: Shift + 1 = ! or Shift + 2 = @
    Caps Lock
    Makes all letters CAPITAL letters. When the Caps Lock key is pushed, a light will
    show up on the upper right corner of your keyboard
    next to the capital “A”. When caps lock is turned on it remains on until you press the Caps Lock key
    again. When you press the Shift key when
    Caps Lock is on, a lower case letter will be produced.
