Versace Gianni Atelier Chronograph Questions & Answers
Hello,
I hope you can help
self winging uses the movement of arm to wind --- chack with company since you do not know the correct model or do an online search usong make and model
My watch has stopped working.
I could not find your model on their web site but looking at the ones they had there, if it says "automatic" on the face then it is spring driven and absence of "automatic" seems to mean it is battery driven.
I hope this helps.

Versus watch - Model #
Hi bringguth,
I would send your watch to a Versace certified repair place to do the work on it.
I did a google search and found a couple of sites that work on Versace watches. This first one is definitely V certified: >>>> http://www.saltzmans-watches.com/services.html Copy and paste this address into your browser and the repair page will open up for you.
Here is another: >>>> http://www.watchrepairsusa.com/versace/watch-repair
Good luck.
Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate your vote. Thanks,
Handie Andie
I bought a Versace DV
Thanks for contacting FixYa.
I am sorry. The only place to get a Versace replacment is thru Versace.
My only other advice would be to do an internet search and look for a less expensive replacement of the watch itself.
I know thats not what you want to hear. Best regards.

Seal for Versace watch
Could be a number of issues but if the watch was closed correctly and hasnt gotten wet then it probably needs a dab of watch oil and a spin.
Everyday we get this issue. Customer gets new battery but the hands dont move. Its possible that its running electronically but not mechanically. As the watch ages the watch oil begins to lose viscosity and thickens and there is no torque in a watch movement so the hands wont move! So by adding a drop of oil and putting it on a clyclonic machine to force the hands to spin with a magnetic field it releases the stuck hands and the oil is released into the movement to lubricate the wheels! :-)
So, you should find a reputable watch repair business and have them recheck the battery and if they have a cyclonic machine then they should be able to see if the watch has that "beat" that comes off of the magnetic rotor! :-) If the o-ring or seal has been damaged and moisture has gotten into the watch then they can dry it out under a warm light with the case back removed and reoil the movement! Hopefully this will help!
You can also take it back to where it was purchased and they might be able to assist you with repair as well.
