1. The batteries you put in may not be fresh. You could try another set.
2. The batteries may be inserted incorrectly.
3. The unit is broken and needs to be replaced.

Hi there, it doesn't seem as if there's any manuals or instructions for fixing anything with this toy. When you are finished playing with I-DOG, press and hold down the Nose Button for 5 seconds to turn it OFF. I-DOG will play an LED animation and sound to signal that it's going to sleep.
