You will want to go into the night attendant and check the selector codes. What voicemail do you have?

When you dial into voicemail, oicemail Vicky answers and says, "welcome to ....." what is the rest?

Well, you have to answer the call somehow.

It sounds like what your calling greeting 2 is actually the night message (1 for day menu 2 for night menu)did you try calling with the night key on?

Which voicemail is it? There could be a few on teh Partner system. Maybe the default is the password, have you tried 1234 or 123456?

Reboot the system. Report back if that doesnt help.

Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout

You will need to login to the Admin part of the voicemail and reset the password.

It is a flaw, but you can not. Sorry.

Thanks for using FixYa. Please follow these steps for setting up Additional Voice Messaging System Programming—

• Program Automatic VMS Cover (#310) to automatically route an extension’s unanswered calls to the voice messaging system’s Call Answer Service after a specified number of rings so the caller can leave a message.

• For PARTNER ACS Release 3.0 or later: program VMS Cover Rings (#321) individually for subscriber extensions to determine how many times the extension should ring before the call is sent to the messaging system to be answered. For all other PARTNER Systems: program VMS Cover Rings (#117) for all subscriber extensions.

• If Automated Attendant Service will be used, set the VMS Hunt Delay (#506) to meet your business’s needs.

• If Automated Attendant Service will be used, set the VMS Hunt Schedule (#507) to meet your business’s needs.

If you are installing a voice messaging system with the PARTNER ACS, you must assign the voicemail ports to Hunt Group 7 to avoid having the voicemail ports answering all calls immediately.

That doesn't sound good at all. I would first try powering down the system and waiting about 15 seconds or so before powering back up. If the problem remains, the processor was some how damagedand would be best if it was looked at by your vendor.

The cordless will not work that way. If you hit flash, that will put calls on hold, etc....

The only thing you can do is have the flash button on the 18D itself.

You should ask your phone system vendor for assistance in programming a button or enable a feature. Its not something we can help you on this forum

there are different vmails for the partner. When vmail answers try 0# passwords 1234 or 12345.

you are now in admin programming. you can follow the prompts from there.
