Need updated drivers that will work with Vista 64 bit

Hi there,

You have mentioned that you have a VOM. I'm going to ask you to please check your VGA connector (15pin to 26 pin) if this was built/conneted like in below diagram. If not, then I think you should try getting a new connector or build new one.

If you've got the correct connector, connect your projector to your laptop then press "Fn" then "F8". Then that's it, it should work.

White vertical line in the center of projected image

I have a Dell 2400MP projector that had the same problem of vertical white lines appearing over the screen.

This may seem like a simple solution, and I don't know if this will work for you, but the way I solved the problem was simply to press the bottom side of the projector, until the white lines disappear . Until now, the problem has yet to resurface.

Here's some simple steps:
1. Turn on projector
2. Connect projector to computer
3. Focus projector
4. If white vertical line appears, firmly press underside body of projector
5. See if vertical white line disappears
6. If not, try slowly pressing other parts of the body of the projector and see if white lines disappear.
7. If solution doesn't work, you may need to send it to the service center.

Rolling line

If this is seen when you are connecting to a cable box or satellite box like DirecTV through or other such device your issue is most likely a DC ground loop. Here are some suggestions:
Video Projector ground loop
1) If you have horizontal hum bars when your projector is connected to a set-top box or other equipment that are on a different circuit or are grounded causing a ground potential between the source and the projector
2) Hum bars are the result of a ground loop, usually caused by cable television that has not been properly grounded
Try this to verify:
1) Disconnect your cable television coax from the wall by unscrewing it.
2) Run your Projector and verify that you are no longer getting the lines.
If you have verified that the issue was a ground loop by testing the solution requires a DC
Ground Blocker style device similar to the below options:
1) Go to http://www.cablesandconnectors.com/02100-02.HTM (part number 2118)
2) Purchase a DC GROUD BLOCKER & ISOLATION TRANSFORMER either from the above or similar electronics store location.
3) Other examples and ground loop explanations for both Video & Audio can be found at the following link for information about ground loop; scroll to Why Ground Loop is a Problem:

4) Other commercial antenna signal isolators are available on the web or simply see your local Radio Shack
5) Connect the isolator device chosen to your set-top box and hook it back up.
You will be back-up and running in no time.

Infocus In24+ driver?

I think projector is do not need driver, i see in the infocus website as long as you connect it to the computer it always display.

and also you can download updates firmware to fix some error display.

Need Drivers

Hi Jess

Is your PC's image splitt ?

Right click on your desktop and go to properties - then click on settings and then advanced settings.

You'll see a block with two screens on it. If only one is activated - activate the secondary screen as well.

If you are using a Notebook also try holding in the Fn ( Function ) button - just left of your spacebar and in your F-row buttons at the top there should be one with two screens on it - Differs from brand to brand of PC's.

Our projector shows a blue background and does not seem to be connecting to the computer

Several things to check. Make sure both the input selection on the projector is for PC and make sure the PC output selection is for the external output, as in an external monitor. The PC does not care or need to know that the external output is a monitor or projector. If none of these works, try a different cable and output on both the laptop and projector ie, Switch from PC output to a DVI or HDMI.

Intermittent signal

Check the tightness of the video-cable connections at the computer and at the projector. Try a different video-cable. Set the computer video to 800-by-600-by-60-hertz. If that works, try 1024-by-768-by-60.
