How to disconnect code alarm power supply
To disarm your alarm so your 1999 Camry will crank, look under your dash and find the little black box, unplug it, you will not have an alarm, but you can crank your car. You do not have to spend $100 to fix this cheap after market alarm system that is a pain in the neck!!

check to see that the distributor shaft turns while cranking the engine
check to see that the pos terminal on the coil has power while cranking the engine, not just with ignition on, a common problem with ignition switches
check to see that the coil body is well grounded by the metal strap that goes under it and out to the module plug
check that there is low resistance through the pickup coil under the advance plate that the rotor is bolted to
check that the ignition module is working
check to see that the high output carbon electrode in center of the cap is not burned
check that the rotor spring like contact is not worn, burned, or loose from the brass or aluminum firing point
check to see that the distributor body is properly grounded
you distributor should fire connecting only a positive lead and a ground even if your holding it in your hand and spinning the shaft by hand
if you have a four wire ECU or ECC (engine control module or engine control computer) control plug coming out from the ICM, try to disconnect it, if the engine runs, you have a bad ICM (ignition control module)

My #5 and#7 cylinder is over loading with fuel how can i fix it
There are several things that will allow that to happen. Could be both injectors are bad (not very common). If the fuel regulator is leaking the gas can be draining into the intake ports of these cyls. The regulator in under the intake manifold and you will have to take off the throttle body to look at it. With the throttle body off, turn the key to the on position and see if it is leaking.
