Black background web pages
Step 1:
Web Pages That Do Not Display All Colors Web pages that do not display all the appropriate colors have either a browser-related issue, monitor display problem, Windows comparability glitch or incorrect web pages Internet and HTML settings. More than likely, a setting dealing with your contrast ratio in Windows is the culprit. Once this issue is resolved, your web pages will display properly and accurately like they were designed to from the start. Click on "Start" and navigate to the right pane and click on the "Control Panel." Click on "Ease of Access." Click on "Ease of Access Center." Click on "Set Up High Contrast" (one white and black box overlapping each other.) Check or uncheck "Turn on or off High Contrast when left ALT + left SHIFT + PRINT SCREEN." Click on "Apply" and close the Ease of Access Center. Press "ALT + left SHIFT + PRINT SCREEN" to turn on high contrast. Open your browser and go to a website to determine if color is restored to normal.
