May be this will be because of display drivers. Please update the display drivers and check back again. Also update the browser softwares..

The way I do it is to drag the Icon from the address bar and drop it on the little house/Home icon on the tool bar, It will ask you if you want this as your new home page, you click Yes. Hope this helps.

8. Click on Toolbars and Extensions from the menu on the left.
9. Select the unwanted add-on and click Disable to remove it.
10. Now click on Search Providers, click on Qvo6.com and select Remove. Click Close.
