Why cant i connect to internet explorer?
With just a question, it is difficult to know what is wrong. Sitting behind your computerI could try some things.
But to avoid a lot of trouble, put in your Windows disk and start from CD. windows will discover you already have windows installed and will ask what to do. You choose check / repair existing Windows.
When you did install (even without knowing) a toolbar like ASK, it will be a different matter. Then you are better of with how to remove the...... toolbar in Google, because tree you find different cures. At least one you understand, written or as a video.

How to getrid of administrayor message cant access program must be administrator and how do i log in as administrator
To enable the built-in Administrator's account by using the Command Prompt please follow these steps:
1. First you'll need to open a command prompt in administrator mode by right-clicking and choosing "Run as administrator"
2. After that you only need to enter the simple command below to activate it.
net user administrator /active:yes
3. After that you enter following command
net user administrator 123
where 123 is pwd for administrator
4. Now log off you can see administrator account
