How can i clear cookies and cache

1. Click on the wrench on the top far right (should be under the "X" to close the window) 2. Select "under the hood" from the menu on the left 3. click "clear browsing data" button 4. make sure the cookies and cache boxes are checked and then say "clear"

Open Google Chrome. 2. Click the wrench icon in the upper-right corner of the toolbar and select Clear browsing data.

How do i clear my cache browers

This is from Chrome Help (there are more options, click the Spanner Icon, then Help) Clear your entire browsing history
  1. Click the spanner icon chrome_toolsmenu.gif on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select Tools.
  3. Select Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialogue that appears, select the "Clear browsing history" checkbox.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of timeto clear your entire browsing history.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

The following information is removed when you clear your browsing history:

  • Web addresses that you've visited, listed on the History page
  • Cached text of pages that you've visited
  • Snapshots of your most frequently visited pages on the New Tab page
  • Any IP addresses prefetched from pages that you've visited

How to clear cach

From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Internet Options. Under "Browsing history", click Delete... .To delete your cache, click Delete files... .

To delete your cookies, click Delete cookies... .

To delete your history, click Delete history... .

Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

When Google Chrome is opened, Kindly Press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE and you will be shown the dialog box to clear anything you want including passwords, cookies, cache..etc.

How do I clear the web browser's memory cache?

Go to the settings icon on the right hand side it looks like a spanner then down to tools and select clear browsing data from here you can then empty the cache. Hope this helps.

Please try first with another browser to log in and see if you can log in ex Firefox :
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html

If you can come in with the another browser, then I will suggest to uninstall the Google browser and reinstall it again, you do it in this way :
Uninstall the browser in Add and Remove programs in Control Panel, reboot the computer and install Google Chrome again :O)
