Hello, That would be a system ring group programming feature. It would depend on the type of phone system you have. NEC Elite 192, Elite IPK, Elite IPK 2. There are different platforms and this would determine how to program it.

It's a way to access many features. Program a speed button-Feature Redial, program DND- Feature 60, check what port you're on Feature 3 or 4.
