How do I turn off the ringer on my extension so that everytime a call comes to the main switch I can't hear it -- I only want to hear the intercom rings
No where have I seen this answer documented in the user guide. LUCKILY someone from our company in past did document the procedure. Feature **266344, PW: 266344 (this is different from the listed PW of 26346). Press the top arrow on the right. Enter the extension you want to turn off. Press the top right arrow again twice until you see Line assignment and press the top right arrow again. Enter the line you want to change (001) Then hit "change" until you see the status you want to achieve (appear only). Scan through all the remaining lines in your trunk. Don't worry- only took me an entire day to find this configuration!

I have read the manual so many times and can't find it. How can I get the other phone in our office to ring when an outside call comes in? Please help. Thanks. [email protected].

Feature **266344
PW: 266344 (note that this is different pw than provided in manuals)
Terminal Sets- press top right button
Enter the extension to which you want to turn the ringer off
Press the top right button again three times until "Show Line" appears. Starting w/ the first line you want to turn off, enter the line and then "change" the status to "appear only", scan through your remaining lines and do the same steps. Remember to do all of the lines in your trunk.

ok i am fairly new to my company and before i came no one knew how to even put the proper persons name on an extension...i have gone that far, but as for voicemail, we have people who dont even work here anymore, and we want to change the msg etc...we have no clue and i have downloaded quite a few manuals...
basically start fresh...so that the proper people get vm's and customers wont get a generic vm which i have no clue how to check it...
so yeah, basically is there a master reset to begin voicemail again, and the message said to clients? i am sure there is, but heck if i know...
much obliged in advance for your help...
