When i try to connect
There is currently an issue with Flash player in Internet explorer and Firefox. There is currently no solution to the flash error. This issue is not present in Google chrome.

Pop up blockers
You can turn off pop up blockers, but chances are you are using a different browser to access facebook. Some browsers like Chrome do not work well with facebook causing some of the functionality to not work at all... in Chrome simply click on the 3 horizontl lines on the right side of the address bar and then go into settings to turn the pop up blocker off. In safari and i.e. you can go into internet options or their settings and dothe same. It's a simple box that is checked or unchecked.
