The only way to fix the problem is to replace the display control board which is no longer available. on Panasonic must set time of day first before it will let you program for cook time

either bad magnetron or inveter or both, better to replace unit expensive repair

try to unplug unit then press clock or number pads to set clock first then try to use. if wont work, maybe bad touch pad or controller

something in inverter breaking down when hot and shorting out, cheaper to replace unit than inverter
