The on and off metal tab on Intermatic pool timer

Make sure that the tab for "ON" is secured tightly to the time wheel. If it is loose, it may twist out of the way and delay the start. Hand tighten it and give it an additional 1/8th of a turn with a pair of pliers to snug it down more than hand tight. Do not over tighten. Good Luck!

How do I know if my sprinkler timer is 220 or

It would be highly unusual for a sprinkler timer to be 220v. They require very little power, unless they're industrial to control a golf course or something.

Intermatic t1202T 240v dual pool timer. Main pump continues to run and manual overide will not shut it off. Changed the timer mechanisim and same thing. Disconnected the Freeze control and it wil

Maybe the PF1202? Probably just the freeze thermostat and not the relay. Disconnect freeze thermostat wires from relay... and substitute a single-pole switch. Be careful... power is ON http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-freeze-controls-and-parts.html#1202 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003Y5EY6E/?tag=waterheaterti-20 http://waterheatertimer.org/images/178T24-thermostat-wiring.jpg http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003P52CKS/?tag=waterheaterti-20 Do not leave the single-pole switch connected since 15 amp rating of typical switch is less than amp rating for 40 amp pool centers Gene If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gene_9f0ef4df2f9897e7

How do I wire a cleaner pump to P1403ME, is the aux 220 capable?

http://waterheatertimer.org/Digital-control-centers-and-manuals.html#PE103 I assume both pump and cleaner are on different breakers. Is the pump 2 speed? Or 1 speed? What other equipment is being operated? Lets assume 2 breakers, with single speed pump. 30 amp breaker and 10 gauge wire for pump 20 amp breaker and 12 gauge wire for cleaner You can control 240Volt circuits by turning off 1 or both hot wires: In this instance the diagram shows both hot wires turned on-off for pool pump, and 1 hot wire turned on-off for pool cleaner http://waterheatertimer.org/images/P1403ME-timer-wiring.jpg If breakers are inside control center: http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Intermatic-control-centers.html Gene h If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gene_9f0ef4df2f9897e7
