If there is another phone that this doesn't happen on, try changing your handset with that one. If this doesn't fix the problem it most likely is your telephone.

The digit "1" might be sticky or defective on the key pad -If sticky then try to wiggle digit "1" free or spray a proper computer contact cleanser around it and wiggle it around, all while holding the phone up and down so the run off does not go onto the motherboard.-If defective call your local vendor/tech to have it replaced with a refurbished setYou could try to unplug the phone for a few seconds then plug it back in and wait for it to boot up.

How do i clear restricted call

WHEN PRESSING TRANSFER OR PICK-UP

Sounds like your transfer and pick up button are actually direct inward dial (DID) lines. To see whats programmed under those buttons, press feature *0 then press your transfer button. It will probably give you a line number and port assignment for the line.

While setting up speed dials,

Hi The code you need is Feature *1 for external calls, Feature *2 for internal calls Feature *3 for functions.

F*4 is 'Call Forward'

If you Press Feature *0 then press each button in turn it will show you what is under that key (Button)

If you are setting up external calls you may have to pre-fix every No; with a 9 . if you are in 'Pool Group' working.

Hope this helps
