Is the compressor running? If so, feel the discharge line is the line cold? If not the unit is probably out of Freon, which means it will have a leak somewhere in the system.

Door seal leak. check to see that nothing is keeping the doors from fully closing. Inspect the door seals for cuts and tears and wash door seal and mating edge with warm soap and water.

Can't be done. The fridge gets cold because air comes over from the freezer...that's true of all refrigerator/freezers. You'll need to shut down the entire thing to deice it.

Is it under warranty? Email head office and say you've had it repaired 6 times and still a problem and ask for a refund.

Well, you could install an inline filter for about $35 from Lowe's and mount it anywhere along the 1/4" water line run. Even with that, you're limited to treating so many gallons until it expires or decreases flow rate and you have no gauge to remind you, unlike that of the refer unit itself. I shopped around and found a 4-pack deal for mine on Amazon; less than $21 per filter. Good luck.

Sounds like the defrost timer has left the defrost mullion strips on too long. Check for a faulty defrost timer.

I am an authorized Samsung service company, and, according to my diagnostic code quick guide this LED reading should be ignored. It is labelled as an Uart COMMUNICATION ERROR.

The only thing I can think of on the outside of a model RS2630SH would be the condenser fan blade rubbing against the fan housing below the refrigerator. The other part would be the start relay and overload inside the cover on the side of the compressor but there should be no squealing coming from that area. Either way this is very important that you pull the refrigerator out and unplug so someone can safely examine areas like control board area to see what is going on with the back cover or front kick plate off as to see what is happening before more property damage can occur, Thanks Sea Breeze
