yes you can copy on transparence via stock by pass, set the bypass to special paper, transparency/OHP, size of transparency ex. A4

in our country we use 70g or 80 this paper good not bad some people work on 60g but it stacking on machine good luck

It never finish warming up.In the copier there is a fuser unit.This fuser unit gets warmed up.After the fuser gets warmed up, the internal heat temperature gets set.But in your case, the fuse is not getting warmed till its required temperature, so it just gives the warm up message and it just remains there.Most probably its weak fuser assembly issue .Either getting the fuser assembly cleaned will help other wise the fuser has to be replaced, if cleaning the fuser is not helping.The fuse means , internal heating electrode. But also check and confirm, that there is no paper jam, unplug the copier power cord from wall outlet and check for internal paper jam.Remove the drum unit out and refit, then again connect the power cord and turn it on and check.If that is not helping and there is no paper jam issue, then its the fuser related problem.You will have to get the fuse checked.---------- This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

you have go to SP mode to reset it;
1, power on,
2, press "clear mode" enter107 and "clear/stop" for few second
3, press "copier SP mode
4, turn power off (5 second) and back on.

The error code means that there is a problem with the yellow dev unit. The manual says that "during warm up" the TD sensor saw .78 volts or less when it performed process control. We both know that this device may perform process control at times other than warm up. Sounds like the yellow dev unit is the problem as the sc393 means td sensor and the 02 means yellow developer unit. I truly hope I have helped you. Take care.........spinal......

If you look at the paper exit you will see 4 white exit wheels
in the middle of the 2 center ones you will see that there is a black
lever. This needs to be pushed back into position so that it is horizontal to the exit wheels.

You can't. As I said you need the service engineer with the laptop. These Office Machines are NOT consumer serviceable. They hook up the laptop with the Ricoh software and it interrogates the computer, the mainboard and everything on it. Hello Christopher Are you in the Philippines? I notice that your copier has changed from Ricoh to Gestetner? We are a North American website. This is a commercial office machine, and from my experience of them is that on the right side you will see on the inside, a list of instructions for where to check for obstructions. It seems you have already done this 8 times! Frustrating! Try this; Open the right side cover, unlatch all the bits at that side. Open the straight pass door on the left side. remove ALL the paper drawers. Get a powerful flashlight, look in all the spaces you have just created, especially at the edges of drawers and paper pathways. You are looking for a tiny piece of paper that one of your employees carelessly left behind after a paper jam.The one I found was right at the back of the straight pass door. When a sensor is covered, it creates that message. If that fails, Ricoh will have to come and attach their Laptop scan software to it which will tell which sensor is obstructed or has failed.
